No Service

Absolute No service. Took my HP in for repairs and don't get any feedback. After attempt 7 my calls was answered. The lady had no idea what was going on and her storey changed after each question. When she could not answer me she simply put down the phone.

Total joke of service, will be the last time I make use of them.
