No Service!

I book a unit in under warranty for repair on 12/8/2020 Since then I have had ZERO feedback from them. The emails I sent only receive automated responses. The landline just rings, get cut off or someone does answer but they unable to give me a status on my unit. The online status says waiting for Activation - Activation of what? So here I am now trying to get someone's attention for any feedback on my unit. ***
