no reply

After 3 months of fighting PK finally took over my case from Rishen. Just when i thought it is going to get better with PK he now also is not replying to my emails or callaS. Im going on 4 months without a laptop. And they are ignoring me. Im now going to go camp at their offices until i have answers on paper before i will leave. Gouehen is telling me they have no management other than PK. This is the worst customer service ive ever experienced. Its ridiculous. No decensy. They are terrible...stay well clear as you will end up in hospital. pathetic...past pathetic!! Im now suing for time and effert. For loss of work as i dont have any laptop to work on and they are full of empty promises!! Dont ever do business with them...its without a doubt discusting! Immensly dissapointing!
