Good Day<br> <br> The job number is ***.<br> I have submitted my phone to ensure services in Midrand Alphen square for repairs on the 8 June 2015 and 40 working days on writing this complaint I still don't have my phone, <br> <br> I don't know if my phone is even being used for spare parts or something because every time I call its either no answer or I'm told they are waiting for stock on the digitizer, which is the only thing broken on my phone. I think this is the worst service since Mustek can fix my phone for an extra R500 whilst I wait within an hour. and the Job card for my phone states 10 working days and I have been waiting 17 working days since my phone was booked in on the 8th of June 2016. Moral of the story don't take your phone to Ensure Services to get any LCD repairs done.<br> <br> I want ensure services to fix my phone in the next 5 working days or I want to fetch my phone on the 28 th August with a full cash refund - no stories as I paid Cash when submitting my phone and I want my MONEY CONTANT on the 10th 1pm when I ARRIVE. NO MORE STORRIES. The job number is ***<br>
