No Feedback on my Unit 1 week later???

I think this company is having cash flow problems, I mean I don't see why today we should wait more than 30 days Fix technological devices? Phone was booked for Service on the 2 June its now the 17nth of July 30 Working days later and I have paid them the full amount? I MEAN REALLY???? can some one find out when My phone will be ready and When you will receive repairs it just a screen digitizer that's broken!!!<br>
