NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

My 10day old laptop had a fault and was sent to ensure services. Oh my word rely? How does this company still exists? It took 5 days for them to fetch the laptop from incredible connection the place I got my pc from and that was only because of all my calls to incredible connection asking what's happening. When they fetch my laptop They said they will look at it first thing Monday guess what it now Thursday and they haven't done anything and I call every day to check up, only to find they still haven done anything with the laptop. What does it take for them to do there jobs? Why these massive franchise company such as incredible connection even deal with them it's beyond me! It's not only giving them a bad name it's loosing them customers such as myself and countless others! Just have a look at all the bad posts on hello Peter if that doesn't have you convinced then how about you go look at their Facebook page. If that doesn't say it all then I don't know what will. This company shouldn't even be operational.
