My laptop ****** from service centre
I took my laptop to EnsureIT services in Midrand on the 30/12/2014 for keyboard replacement. I got the quotation on the 23 Jan 2015 after calling them twice a week and I made a cash payment on the 28 Jan 2015. I was told on the 17 Feb 2015 that there was armed ******* at EnsureIT services building and my laptop was amongst the ****** laptops/computers. I am not sure if i will ever get a replacement or some sort of compensation, no one is calling me from Ensure IT to let me know what the status is. There is a lady by the name of Gertrude she doesn't respond to my emails. I am very upset with thier service and the way they handling the matter
