Multiple services on my machine and missing hardware

<p>I have sent my computer to this company, Ensure Services in M5 business park three times already in the last two months. I have to drive there everytime and my computer is still crashing and experiencing blue screens. The second time I got the PC back, it was missing an 8GB RAM module. I told them about it and they sent out the manager to come and install it onsite at my work. Now the PC is crashing and showing memory errors. I think they put a cheap RAM module in here. Also I have just discovered that my graphics card is also missing. this is really pathetic and we here is SA are used to this type of low quality service. It is unacceptable. I have to jump around l=in between my job because other "service providers" don't do theirs. Terible terible terible. All we can do is come on platforms like this and complain. Hate it.</p>
