*****!! ********!! Break your laptop

Just a warning to everyone....never take your computer to Ensure Services in Cape Town. I know that most companies like incredible connections refers you to them but Ensure services will lie to you about the damages to your computer, over charge you for parts that are not even the price they claim, cheat you by putting ******* software onto your computer and charge you for the real one and pretty much cause you to throw your laptop in the bin! Also beware of the manager, Antu Pauly, he is a **** and a cheat. He told me that the reason that certain damages were found on my computer was because I went and opened it and broke things inside just to bring it back to them to have it fixed...I mean I don't even know how to open it and if I did know why would I take it to them to pay money to fix my laptop, DOESN'T ADD UP!! They did not ***** my laptop *****s in properly thus resulting in certain parts in my laptop to move around and break and now they are refusing to fix it!! Beware of Ensure services they will rob you of your money, lie to cover themselves and cheat you of your so called \broken"laptop!!"""
