Keeping your laptop for 2 months - No feedback

On the 10th of January 2015 I took my laptop to Ensure in JHB. I was told I would receive a quotation within 2 business days. After nagging them for 2 weeks I finally received my quotation on the 26th of Jan. I promptly made payment on the same day... I was promised a 10 day turnaround time via email. Long time to wait but I was ok with that.<br> <br> Since then I've received the odd SMS telling me they are awaiting delivery of stock. I've called them about 6 times during Feb and just get told \we are waiting for stock". Eventually Poppy told me I can expect my laptop on the 12th of Feb. Nothing since then from them and still no sign of my laptop. I should have checked hellopeter before choosing to go with them. Seriously guys. TWO MONTHS!
