Highly frustrated with the service received! Problem still persists.

I have had nothing short of a terrible experience with Ensure Services. My computer was sent in for repairs due to the battery being faulty and dying rapidly when unplugged. The computer was not even a year old when the first issue occurred. Sent the laptop in for repairs and had the issued tended to. Not even a year later, I was faced with the same issue. This time it took a month to repair and I was told that the issue was due to wear and tear which is hard to believe because the battery was replaced at Ensure Services just under a year earlier. 3 days after collecting the repaired laptop, the battery dies rapidly again after being unplugged and I have received very limited feedback on what the problem was to begin with. I am frustrated!
