Good service

After my complain about the experience i had with Ensure services. I wrote to HP and the matter was attended to with the urgency it deserves by booth HP and Ensure services management. The employee in question was dismissed and my laptop was fixed. I would like to thank HP and Ensure for attending to this matter and i hope that they will do everything in their power to make sure that this doesn't again, because is really damaging to the brand.
