Frustrated,Drained.I have no hope!

Good Day.<br> I have booked my Asus Zenfone2 more than 1,5 month.i had to wait for parts almost two weeks.now technician cannot install Asus Zenfone2 firmware on the new mother board more than 3 weeks.I mean serious?only 1gb file for download how long it can take.They said joburg brunch has got it.so where is it then?Everytime when i have called they have giving me stories.Bunch of lies...I am frustrated and extremely disappointed about service i am getting your cape town brunch.I have phoned today.Technician even didn't want to talked to me.Thanks for bunch of lies John and Antu.Can someone tell me when am i getting my phone back please!i ll also complain to Asus South Africa about this horrible service.Job card no:***
