Faulty Lenova Tablet

I sent my Lenova tablet for repairs just a few months after I purchased it,it took them two months to repair the tablet and when I received it the unit wasn't even assembled properly according to them the mother board has been replaced and all components on the inside, I was told that it was like brand new.<br> A week later I realized that only the one speaker was working so took it back for repairs it has been more than two months now and I haven't received anything back just empty promises from the manager himself .I've been there on a number of occasions and was just given empty promises. The manager himself couldn't even face me just sent his workers to tell me more lies and empty promises.<br> In the mean time i'm paying for something that I have not been using and that has been more in for repairs than with me.<br> <br> The tablet is still at Ensure and its been more than two months for the second time, there service is pathetic and there endless lies if the unit is beyond repairs clearly they should replace it why must I wait and why don't they just tell me instead of not giving me any answer <br>
