Extremely poor and delayed service

Ensure Services Cape Town has had my HP laptop since 9 August (more than 1 month) to replace a battery. It has still not been replaced. There has been no escalation or intervention to resolve the issue. I was told that a defective battery had been delivered from the supplier and that a new one had been ordered- that was on 30 August. I am posting this as a last resort to try to get some progress with my work order!
