Ensure Services? What services??

Worst service in South Africa and that is quite an achievement.

I spent 38k fixing my laptop. I waited 4 months. Even when you collect the laptop they make you sit and wait for almost an hour while the find their own heads. When I got it back the back lighting wasn't working so i sent it back. I waited another almost 2 months after being told it was fixed. When I got home after collecting again (by the way the are in midrand miles away from anywhere so get ready to travel) the lights still weren't working.

I then tried calling them for a week and Noone answered. I tried emailing I tried Facebook and Noone replies.

They do not deserve to have dell in this country.
