Ensure Services Waste Of Time & no value for customers.

I drove 160Km to Ensure It Services, the moment they started the Book in process (inside the building) I was asked if I had any weapons on me. I confirmed that I always carry my firearm hidden for self-defence and was told to go and leave my firearm in my vehicle, when I explained that it is against the law, they said that most clients don’t have a problem with it. I asked to speak to the manager Wesley to find out why they don’t have a safe outside where my firearm could be kept and what someone in my situation should do ? Wesley had a LACK OF INTEREST and passed the message that I could only be assisted in the carpark. I left Ensure It NEVER to return again. Seems like Ensure It and Telkom is in competition to see who can deliver the most unprofessional service. Wesley/Ensure It..and the lady at the door with the **** attitude... thanks for nothing !
