Ensure Services, PC Linkshop and ASUS - Bad Service

Very bad service - I bought an ASUS I7 from PC Linkshop. Once we received the PC there was a fault with the Hard drive. At first PC Linkshop said that they do not carry the warranty, Ensure Service need to sort the PC is there is a problem. Once Ensure Services received the PC they said there is not a problem with the PC, after a lot of mails they said they got the problem and need to replace the Hard drive. After many mails where they cannot make backups and sending the PC back, the PC was stuck in Bios mode and we could not retrieve the data on the hard drive. After it was send back we got a mail stating that the PC have 2 holes on the top cover. When we got the PC back you can clearly see that the person who opened the PC and replaced the hard drive did not put back the correct *****s and this is the reason why there was 2 holes on the top cover. I will never ever recommend PC Link shop nor Ensure services. I also don't understand why ASUS will make use of Ensure Services as they place the company in a very bad light.
