There service is at the lowest level anyone can ask for they are the only ones that I have been referred to by multiple companies regarding my hp printer for parts

The team said send me a WhatsApp I will get back to you as asp it has been 5 days with no response with a quote or anything as I make 5 calls a day to the technical assistant he/she doesn't even answer my call or replies to my what's app

Poor actually works than poor service a - 10 * for them

I will rather dump my hp printer on the dumps and get a Samsung printer

Samsung service is a 10 * worth
