DO NOT USE ENSURE SERVICES!

Ensure Services / HP made a shockingly inaccurate diagnosis of my laptop, displayed the worst communication I have ever experienced, and took ages to reimburse me when it became apparent that it would take 6 months to repair my device - at a cost of nearly R6000!!! A 2nd opinion revealed that all that my laptop needed was a reset of the start button which was stuck on sleep mode. a top-up of cooling paste, and an optional service ... all for R450. The work was done in 3 days.
