Disgusting service and Customer relations

I have never in my life come across such a disorganized company. They have been repairing a broken key on my keyboard for over a month now. When contacting them I get no answers and no information. "We will call you back sir", yet I hear nothing back. I will never recommend Ensure Services to anyone or any company and I will be complaining to all Vendors that use Ensure Services.
