Disgusting service

I took my laptop for a battery replacement, it took me 3 weeks to get a quote and when I got it I paid the same day, two months later my laptop was not ready and Mr Fran as they call him said he'd personally take care of it which he didn't after countless phone calls and emails. I personally went to the branch after two months and my laptop was STILL not touched. I had to wait four hours, because I said I was not leaving without it, repaired or not. Disgusting place, NEVER GO THERE. THEY ARE USELESS
