Different printer returned after repair

I have an ongoing printer problem. It is unacceptable that the same issue keeps reoccurring, only to find out later that a different printer was returned to me.

The history behind the printer is as follows:
Initially the print quality showed streaky lines with the black ink only.
I then personally changed (not only the black) but both print heads and also a set of new ink cartridges. The cost was R2517 - It did not help, so I sent in the Hp OfficeJet Pro 8500 in Oct 2015.
The technician replaced the 'Print Mechanism'. - The cost was an additional R1425-00 -Ref - ********** 770 -Seemed fine for only a few prints.

The same issue re-occurred within the year - the black prints have streaky lines, so I sent it in again.
I do not print much - only printed 500 sheets - I have proof.
To my disgust, I had to pay again, even though it is the exact same issue, this time around I had to pay R1197 for the 'Ink Tube Assembly' in Oct 2016 - Job ref ********** 897
Printer was returned but was much noisier than normal, but did not think much at the time.
Strangely I had to install a new printer device on the desktop.

3 months later I have the same issue where the black does not print properly.
So I then ran the 'clean print heads' utility, only to find that I was given back a different printer on the previous repair. No wonder it is noisy and now I realise why I needed to install a new printer.
Once again I can prove it because I have printouts that show a different serial number.

The printer was been swapped during my last repair, with probably another disgruntled customer, and now I have a printer that still does not print properly, and on top of that is very noisy.
The repair team did not even return my original printer but instead gave me a noisy one back.
I don’t want another person's second-hand printer, I am sure you don’t want it either.
I would like all my money back, for the amount that I have spent on new ink, print heads and unnecessary repairs. Not to mention all the effort and time it takes to travel 100km to drop off the printer every time.

A replacement printer will not be an option because your work is unsatisfactory, and it does not last.
It just lasts longer than the warrantee period. The original issue was never properly resolved in the first place. I do not print a lot, so the issue does not occur within the 3 month warrantee period.
This printer is supposed to have a duty cycle of 15 000 pages per month and I only do about 100 pages a month. This is the reason why I bought such an impressive printer, so that I never have quality issues, but since the 1st repair, it has never been the same.

It does not help me sending it in again for repairs because you clean it up, just long enough so that it prints fine for a short while. You are welcome to collect it - I do not want it back.

In total I have spent over R5100. I could have bought a new printer for this price. I am sure that you do not want me to put this on other Social Media platforms.

Thanks Fran for assisting and replacing the printer.

I appreciate it.

I just dont understand why I had to go via a social platform to resolve the issues.

The support desk really needs to improve.

Anyway the issue is now finally resolved - thanks again.
