Clumsy and bad service

I have bad experience and poor service from Ensure Services. I bought a Asus laptop from Incredible Connections at Ferndale in Republic, it was slow and I wanted them to fix it for me on the on the 28th December 2020 then i had to collect it on the 31st January 2021 from Incredible Connections. I found scretches on the web cam and a ***** nail on the left side of the laptop next to the keyboard, so I left it at the shop telling them that I didn't give them the laptop in a bad condition but when I collect it is on a clumsy and bad condition. I want a refund or they must give me a new laptop. I can not believe what I saw.
