Cant say bad service as there was No service!

I took my laptop in on the 29th of April 2021, to replace a fan. Its been over a month of having to phone every second day asking for updates, and I get the same feed back each time. When I spoke to them the first time they ensured me that it will be fixed the following week and they requested full payment. I did the full payment and it has no been over a month without my laptop. I am sure you can understand the frustration as this is my work laptop, and its implicating my job at the moment. I spoke to their manager Calvin, but he is just as non caring as the rest, I have to phone at least 3 times before he picks ups, he does not respond to my Whatsapp's when he does he gives me the same answer each time, but doesn't get it resolved. DO NOT USE THEM, OR SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT PURCHASE HP AS THERE IS NO AFTER SERVICE!
