Beware buying HP and using Ensure Services

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. No feedback, no replies to emails or calls. Put on hold endlessly. Definitely must use **** profiles for reviews. Three weeks after trying to have an HP laptop repaired under warranty. Refused to honour warranty. I strongly suspect staged customer damage to laptop. Took hours and hours out of my work day trying to take the matter to someone senior in HP. They would not help in the end. Terrible company and will never buy HP again. Have to virtually throw away a new laptop that should have been repaired under warranty.
