Bad service yet again for HP printer technical help!!!!

Again our HP OfficeJet 6830 is giving us problems again. The worse thing is HP admit this printer has problems. We can't connect to the printer to scan, print or copy we are a business and we need reliable equipment. The CT offices say again to ring Durban as we are in PMB but again the ***no one answers which is what happened last time. I complained about FB to them the first time and complained again. Emailed them still waiting for a response. Useless service.
