Bad Service From Ensure Services

We send a printer about a month ago to Ensure Services in Midrand, every time we have to ask for feedback and all we get after asking for something they should be sending without us asking, we then get the same feedback week in, week out,.

We have been without a printer for a month and no one seem to care if we get the printer or not, Ensure has proven to be very bad in their service, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. HP is fast going to be one of the worst brand to consider buying or using.
