Bad service

I'm so stressed out I booked in my laptop which had a keyboard not working at Ensure Services in 2016/01/25, on 2016/0127 I was told to come and fetch my PC. To my surprise the keyboard was still not working. <br> <br> I wonder how did HP chose them to fix HP Laptops under warranty<br> cuz their services is so bad. How can someone tell a client to come and pick up an item that is not fixed. I have already spent R200 calling their customer service in Indian. Talking to the consultants it's pointless Bcuz they know nothing so you keep repeating yourself until u ran out of service.<br> <br> Worse part they expert me to take a taxi for an hour again and come back again to pick the laptop. I asked them to Corrior it to my workplace <br> And I was told that they can't promise to deliver. They don't do that.<br> I tried explaining to them that I'm contracting so I can't afford such. It's no work no pay.<br> <br> They don't seem to care. Why can't the person whose at fault be accountable for this and drive to my workplace to give me the laptop.
