bad service

Its been over a month that i have placed an order with Ensure and the first time i placed this order they advised that it will take 5-7 working days. My customer has already paid for the battery and i have sent them an order number on the 03/07/2015 already and today its the 04/08/2015 over a month. i send them emails and they do not respond. I call their call centre they tell me MercyGrace in in the mail team and cant take calls but she is no responding to any mails am sending to them, I ask to speak to the Team leader Saikumar who's been cc'd on all mails for this order but he is also of not any help. told me he will get back to me on friday. today its tuesday and i am still waiting. my customer is very irate. can i please get that battery ASAP.
