Awful service
I sent my Dell laptop in for repairs in February 2021. After 3 months, they have still not returned my laptop. No feedback and no eta on when they will be able to fix it. Every time I call they say that they're "still waiting for parts". Awful customer service. Am I to wait indefinitely.
