2 Months later, more inconsistent promises

<p>Submitted my Alienware M17x R3 (Dell) for an assesment, rejected 1st quote but then the repair got approved through my work. Re-submitted the machine 2 das after 1st quote expired but still had to pay for the assesment cost again even though i told them what needs replacing (from the 1st quote) ended up waiting more than a week simply for the new quote. This was the pleasant part.</p> <p>Accepted thge new quote and sent the POP. 2 Weeks later nothing yet, after asking got told the parts would onlt arrive in another weeks time. I followed up on the mentioned day of arrival and got told the parts were received and repairs are in progress and would receive my machine in 2-3BD's. I followed up after 3 days, and received no responce. I followed up again after a week and then got told that the parts was in fact "damagen on arrival" and that new/replacement parts had already been requested from the supplier.</p> <p>10 Days later I receive an sms from Ensure saying that my machine was now being worked on (Halleluja!). Now, more than a week after receiving the sms, I follow up again. Can you believe it? They tell me that the replacement parts will only arrive in more than a week's time.</p> <p>And of course, there is no number listed for calling the Midrand branch directly, so one has to deal with some person in a faraway call cente who has no real ability to do anything except send an email, something I have tried to do several times without success. The wait continues I guess....</p>
