12 Days and no Quote!!! Absolutely Useless.

I handed a Lenovo notebook in (Job ***7) on the 16th of October 2015 and paid an assessment fee. I have been phoning since Monday 26 October to ask for a quote. Every day I get promised that I will get a quote by the end of that day. This has not happened. Tomorrow I will go fetch my notebook and I will take it elsewhere. How long will I have to wait for repairs if the quote takes this long? Please be aware!! If you pay the assessment fee you are *****ed.
