Provident fund

I have worked by Alnet for 4years... Due to circumstances I left And I app**** for my provident on the 11th October It's been almost 10 weeks now and by law u wait up to 6 weeks... I have contact them so many times they keep on saying this week and then I don't receive anything

It's so sad... For me and I talked to them about it becuz it's my own money.... And I have to get so much stories I really don't know what to do anymore

I told them it's not fair towards me

Can u please help me I had to get it along time ago already
