Ensimini financial services

My husband had chosen to resign last year November 2024, he submitted all his documents on time to the agency (adcorp blu) who suggested that submitted everything to the fund as we were not allowed to submit the paperwork ourselves. We now in Feb, I was advised by patience sibanda the waiting period is over as the last deduction was in November. Till now 6th of February 2025 he hasn't received any payment as I was informed the target payment date is February via email. There is no way to track the process of the payment or the status of anything. All they do tell you when you mail them is there is a 3 month waiting period. That's all. No assistance no questions answered, you get nothing from them. The amount owed to my husband isn't even that big, so we can't understand what is the delay. No payment dates given no exit or end dates, nothing.... and it seems like no one is coming to our rescue either. Every single month for the past 3 months that amount has been changing also. No communication with the member. Ensimini please give us what you owe us. Stop making people beg for their money. And their services stinks.
