A great consumer experience

After the long wait we were able to get immersive assistance by one of their agents Mr Jeffery Madhlala. He made sure that our mother’s claim went through and was able to pay out, might be the in his office if not the greatest as he was also patient even when we pushed for results. A phenomenal assist, the rating system on this sit is a 5 star rating system but I give them 10 stars.
