Within 20 minutes of my initial enquiry to Enpal, I had a phone call from their office in Berlin introducing the company and requesting my details. Shortly afterwards I was contacted by Mr Jermaine Koroma who became my “ go to man “ throughout the whole process. Jermaine is very respectable, amiable young man who couldn’t not have been more helpful. Any query or issue was dealt with immediately and satisfactorily. An hour long video chat and presentation about the company was provided and a site inspection carried out. Within a week of accepting the quotation, I was given a date for work to commence. As with any work of this nature, there were a few minor hiccups along the way but Jermaine was consistantly following up on progress each day and getting things sorted out. The system has now been operational for just over a month and am very pleased with the whole installation and Enpal’s performance. One minor issue I would mention, for those of us not too technically minded, would be that there is a little operational guidance provided on the systems workings, more something the contractor should perhaps carry out on site. Otherwise I would highly recommend Enpal to anyone looking for a reliable solar installer.
