Enpal did a disappearing act

I am very sad to say I was caught for a sucker. The ordering and delivering went well and the system is working but Enpal has pulled out of South Africa from what I can gather at the end of 2023. All efforts to get a detailed invoice out of them to submit my claim to SARS has proved unsuccessful so far. They are just ignoring my mails now.
