Enom and Tu***s - the Domain name and Internet Services Provider that doesn't SERVE!

I bought my domain name with Enom, which was subsequently taken over by tu***s. I logged onto their support portal for help regarding issues with their IMAP service. To date seven (7) support requests have been made over a three (3) month period, and not one single issue has been addressed. My support tickets remain open, and nothing further happens. By the way, when looking at the attached image note the closed support issues were not addressed, they simply closed them off...no support was given whatsoever!!! I suspect tu***s have "streamlined" operations, which invariably means getting rid of staff...which means the customer suffers. This is an extremely competitive industry! There are 100s of ISP and domain name resellers. Whatever you do avoid these people. They've directed all their efforts at getting you "on board", in other words selling you a domain and services, after which you're on your own. A BIG BIG NO to Enom and tu***s!!!
