Enoch Mgijima Municipalty Extremely bad service

Very bad service, i have sold a clients home and in desperate need of the municipality to assist it has been months and we have not been helped , i have asked for the municipal managers details to contact for the utter poor response and no one rep****. Property cant register as we dont get assistance with the rates clearance certificate
