Enlightened Motors (which will no doubt have a new name once this is posted) is a ****, but there mode of ******** is important to operate. Fortunately, I did not fall into the trap, but it seems to be legit. Here is how to ****: 1. Create interest: often a very good deal, and when you call all the car information sounds wonderful (if it's too good to be true, it is). 2. Make it legitimate: The business will seem very legitimate online, and you might be directed to an office number, a website and a google maps listing (all **** and very easy to create). The website will likely not work (it will appear to just not be loading and will be explained with a server being down). If they do email you this looks less legitimate, however. 3. Create urgency: This is the most important part of any ****, and is created by a supposed auction (the cars are being taken by truck to an auction house in Centurion). You are subtly encouraged that you need to pay a deposit of the car will be auctioned, rather than viewing it, because it is about to go on the truck. The reverse also holds, that they become desperate once you speak about the money (willing to lower the deposit, willing to wait and so forth). Of course, the actual building does not exist.

Tips to avoid this: - Ask for paperwork (terms and conditions) that cannot be ****d. These will take time (as they will be typing them) and will look suspicious, if they are sent at all. - Create obstacles (e.g. I need to go to the bank first) and see if they are willing to do anything to get the money immediately - Call businesses nearby or with the same address, they will confirm it is a ****
