Vouchers not received

I did surveys for Enlighten Panel, claimed my vouchers on 26 November 2020. No vouchers were received as yet. They do not reply to your emails, they send you a support ticket number, but they do not come back to you. They started sending me new surveys, but they do not reply to my emails.
