Voucher delays

I am very dissapointed with Enlighten Panel, I claimed R250 Woolies voucher in Nov 2019 and after several emails I have sent to them finally l receive the voucher in Feb. I then went to exchange the voucher which declined. Again sent Enlighten several emails they escalated the matter it showed that the voucher was issued on 26 Nov 2019 and exchanged on 29 Nov 2019 which then means I received a voucher that was already redeemed.

Since then I have not heard anything from them I sent them several emails and all i get is ticket numbers the 24 hours turnaround time does not exist to them yet I receive surveys from them almost everyday.

Also there is no proper apology from them when they come back to you they just say "sorry to hear that" which to me is not enough because they do not explain why there are delays with their vouchers. I am so dissapointed I must say!
