Voucher
Redeemed vouchers on the 13th April still waiting. The response from Enlighten its a third party problem, so how do you explain that Switched on asister site can send out vouchers on time?

Thank you for your question. SiwtchedOn and Enlighten do not use the same incentive procedure/platform and we also deal with different incentive requests capacity, hence processes are different.
We truly understand the frustration caused by the delay however we do assure you that you will receive your voucher accordingly.
