I redeemed for 2 vouchers on 14 November: 1. For a shoprite/checkers voucher 2. For a KFC voucher

I only received one of these vouchers, I sent countless emails to them for look at this issue and nothing. This is very frustrating as I invested time to do these surveys but when a problem arises one doesn't get any help.
