Undelivered promises!!!
Right now they don't deserve even a single star. That, because they don't keep their end of the bargain. We dedicate time, effort and mobile data to provide them with our opinions and ideas, however having to wait so many weeks for our promised rewards and still they are not delivered is uneconomical nonsense. They are rude also, I sent them an email with regard to my rewards, they rep**** in plain language and officious tone with a "copy and paste" of the rules from the article on their website. I really wish they could keep their promises and rethink their rewards system- it is boring, discouraging and frustrating.
