Unacceptable Service

<div>No voucher payouts. I requested my voucher the 11th November. After a while an email was sent out stating that they had technical difficulties. then they sent out emails stating you will get your voucher on the 4th December. Well it is not the 10th and still nothing. They don't reply to emails or anything and I really think this is ***k service. Dont they know that without us people who do the surveys that they wont make money? Does anyone maybe know where we can report Enlighten Panel?</div>
