Unable to login
I am unable to login to my profile for the past 2 weeks. Logged the issue with your helpdesk and to date received no feedback.

During a routine forensic check of our panel members, we believe that you have more than one account with the Enlighten Panel. Please see the relevant clauses in our terms and conditions:
Obligations of the panellist
The Panellist warrants that they are 16 years old or over;
The Panellist warrants that they shall not register with Enlighten for research purposes more than once.
No person may establish or maintain more than one (1) account with a panel, and each account must have a unique and valid e-mail address and password.
Termination
Enlighten reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to this site and/or Log-in details at its sole discretion and without notice.
This had been communicated to you on 16 September 2015 when you profile was closed. I can also confirm that we have not received any email from you from that date until today. As a result of having numerous accounts, we have closed your profile.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss this further.
