Thumbs DOWN ENLIGHTEN PANEL

At first Enlighten panel seemed so professional with their on time payments and their unique survey layout, but what happened last month November? No pay outs! First they said it's a technical fault and something about Black Friday? They first promised no later then 5th December then again they promised on Friday 4 December but until today NOTHING! Their help desk doesn't reply to my emails NOTHING. Is it really a Technical fault? VERY disappointed in ENLIGHTEN PANEL
