Tardy delivery of reward vouchers
I find it hard to believe that it takes 20 to 30 business to process a reward voucher claim, when virtually all other companies can have it done in less than 72 hours! Come on Enlighten this is the 21st century!

The current processing time for reward vouchers is indeed longer than we would like it to be, and we sincerely apologize for this delay. We are actively working on streamlining our processes to ensure faster delivery of rewards.
